      We accept all types of paper documents including tax records, medical files, bank statements, legal documents, personal mail, old checks, credit card statements, and any confidential paperwork. We can handle staples, paperclips, and folders with metal, but please remove large binder clips and 3-ring binders.

      Pricing varies by location from $0.79 to $1.00 per pound of material. There are no hidden fees, minimum charges, or setup costs. You only pay for the weight of documents you bring. Most customers find that a typical box of documents weighs 15-20 pounds.

      Absolutely. Your documents are immediately placed in locked containers upon drop-off. We shred all materials on-site at partner locations following DIN 66399 P-2 security standards, with a trusted representative witnessing the entire destruction process. This ensures complete chain of custody and maximum security.

      You only need to remove large binder clips and take papers out of 3-ring binders. Our industrial shredders can handle staples, paperclips, folders with metal clasps, thick envelopes, and accordion folders without any preparation on your part.
